Community Access & Social Participation


Let’s get you out and about! Community Access and Social Participation assistance with Align Ability can support you with:

  • Taking a class or trying a new activity

  • Volunteering

  • Going to events

  • Joining social activities

  • Running errands

  • Going to appointments

  • Catching up with friends and family

For NDIS participants, our community & social supports may fall under Community Access & Social Participation within Core Supports.

Activities our clients have been supported to do include:
